The “mother wound” isn’t about blaming your mom. It’s about the pain you carry from not getting what you needed emotionally as a child and how that pain quietly runs your life today.

Using coaching, we bring clarity to your thoughts, patterns, and boundaries. With hypnotherapy, we gently access the subconscious beliefs and emotional imprints underneath, so change happens at a deeper level.

Between sessions, you’ll have simple practices, reflections, or nervous system tools to support you. We track your progress together, celebrate shifts, and adjust as needed so the changes actually stick in your real life.

About Tandi

I’m a coach and hypnotherapist who helps women untangle the pain of the mother wound so they can stop abandoning themselves and finally feel safe, worthy, and at home in their own lives.

For years, I carried my own unhealed mother wound into my relationships, my work, and even the way I talked to myself. I looked “together” on the outside, but inside I felt like a little girl still trying to earn love, approval, and permission to rest.

My work blends trauma‑informed coaching, nervous system tools, and gentle hypnotherapy to support both your conscious mind and your subconscious patterns. I’m here to offer a non‑judgmental space where all of you is welcome — the angry parts, the grieving parts, the exhausted parts, and the hopeful parts too.

I believe you are not broken, and you don’t need to “fix” yourself to deserve love. Together, we focus on healing the patterns you didn’t choose, so you can choose differently now.

I’m trained in Life Coaching & Trauma Informed Hypnotherapy and have years of experience supporting women through deep emotional healing.
